REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

  • Customers must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the replacement or service.
  • The replacement or serviced product will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date we receive the returned item.

Important Return Conditions

A mandatory unboxing video is required. The video must be fully recorded from start to finish without any cuts, edits, or transitions. If the video is not proper or does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to process any exchange or return from our side.

CANCELLATION
An order that has been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
